In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise. "gamein", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the gamein platform and its operating entity, which holds an international gaming licence and makes the gamein service available to eligible members. "Platform" means the gamein website accessible at gamein.bet, including all subpages, account portals, casino lobbies, sportsbook interfaces, and any mobile-optimised versions thereof.

"Member", "you", and "your" refer to any individual who has registered a gamein account and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. "Account" means the personal account created by a Member upon successful registration on the gamein platform. "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary transactional currency of the gamein platform. "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit credits awarded to a Member pursuant to a gamein promotional offer.

"KYC" or "Know Your Customer" refers to the identity and age verification process required by gamein's international licensing obligations before withdrawal requests are processed. "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it — or any winnings derived from it — may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.

To register and maintain an active gamein account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout the duration of your membership:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. gamein does not permit any person under 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting market on the platform.
• You must be a natural person (corporate entities may not register as Members).
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of gamein or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not already hold an active gamein account. Only one account per individual is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any funds associated with them may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. gamein reserves the right to verify all information provided and to request supporting documentation at any time.

By completing the gamein registration process and checking the acceptance box, you confirm that all eligibility criteria above are satisfied and that you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. gamein reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

You are entirely responsible for keeping your gamein login credentials — including your registered email address, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential and secure. You must not disclose your password to any third party, permit any other person to access the platform using your Account, or allow any third party to place bets or play games on your behalf.

If you suspect that your gamein account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must contact the gamein support team immediately via the contact details provided on the platform. gamein will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to notify gamein promptly or where the breach resulted from your own failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

gamein conducts mandatory KYC verification prior to processing any withdrawal request. Verification typically requires the following documentation:

• A valid government-issued photographic identity document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account confirming your name and number).
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by gamein's compliance team in connection with its anti-money-laundering obligations.

gamein processes KYC submissions promptly. Withdrawal requests will be held pending verification completion but will not be declined solely on the basis that verification is in progress, provided that the documentation submitted is genuine and consistent with the registration information on file.

All deposits and withdrawals on the gamein platform are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). gamein currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. gamein reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice provided to Members where practicable.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your gamein account balance in real time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take one to three business days to reflect, depending on your bank's processing schedule. gamein does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which gamein accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification completion. Once verification is complete, gamein processes withdrawal requests to your nominated JazzCash wallet, EasyPaisa account, or bank account at HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within your account cashier at the time of requesting a withdrawal.

gamein reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals that exceed defined thresholds. Any funds that gamein has reasonable grounds to suspect are connected to fraudulent or criminal activity will be withheld pending investigation and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

gamein offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members, including but not limited to: welcome deposit match bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, Monday cashback schemes, free spins offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as PSL cricket season. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.

The following general conditions apply to all gamein bonuses unless an individual offer's specific terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to fully registered, age-verified Members only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Member, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be completed in full before Bonus Funds or associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements apply to the combined total of the Bonus amount and the qualifying deposit, unless the offer terms specify otherwise.
• Only real-money wagers contribute to wagering requirements. Bets placed using Bonus Funds may have a reduced contribution rate depending on the game type — slots typically contribute 100%, live table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the offer terms.
• gamein reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to remove Bonus Funds from an account if it has reasonable grounds to believe the Member has engaged in bonus abuse.
• Bonus Funds not used within the validity period specified in the offer terms will expire and be removed from the account without compensation.

gamein does not permit the use of bonus funds for the purpose of arbitrage, hedging, or any other strategy designed to circumvent the intent of the promotional offer. Accounts identified as engaging in such activity will have bonus eligibility removed and may be subject to further account review.

The gamein platform provides access to casino games sourced from licensed and independently certified game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, and Play'n GO, among others. All games available on gamein use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited to confirm statistical fairness. With respect to sports betting, gamein offers pre-match and in-play betting markets across cricket (including PSL, Test matches, and T20 internationals), football, tennis, and other selected sports. All betting markets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a sports betting market, gamein's decision, made in good faith based on official results, shall be final.

gamein reserves the right to:

• Suspend or void any bet or game round where a technical error, data feed failure, or other system malfunction has materially affected the outcome or odds.
• Limit the maximum stake or winnings on any individual bet or series of bets placed by a Member, at its sole discretion.
• Remove or modify any game or betting market from the platform at any time without prior notice.
• Void any bet accepted in obvious error, including where odds were published at a materially incorrect level due to a pricing error.

gamein is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming for all Members in Pakistan. Gambling should be a form of entertainment — never a source of income, a means of resolving financial difficulties, or an activity engaged in under emotional distress. gamein encourages all Members to set personal limits and to approach gaming with a clear, pre-determined budget.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all verified gamein Members directly within the account dashboard, without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the gamein platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and gamein will take reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications from being sent to self-excluded Members.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gamein platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one gamein account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Using any software, script, bot, spider, or automated tool to interact with the gamein platform in any manner not expressly permitted.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to obtain funds or winnings that would not have been available under normal operating conditions.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud onto the gamein platform.
• Attempting to charge back or reverse any deposit made to your gamein account after those funds have been wagered.
• Engaging in any activity that gamein, in its reasonable opinion, constitutes a deliberate attempt to defraud the platform or its other Members.

gamein employs active fraud detection and monitoring systems. Accounts flagged by these systems will be subject to manual review. gamein reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests from any account under active fraud investigation for a period of up to 180 days, or longer where required by legal or regulatory process.

All content available on the gamein platform — including but not limited to the gamein brand name, logo, visual design, website code, game interfaces, graphics, text, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of gamein or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gamein platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the gamein platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any gamein content.
• Use the gamein brand, logo, or any associated trademarks in any context without express written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any gamein platform software.

Any unauthorised use of gamein's intellectual property may result in immediate account closure and may expose you to civil or criminal liability. gamein actively monitors for intellectual property infringement and will take appropriate legal action where warranted.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gamein's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that Member in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gamein shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any losses arising from:

• Your inability to access the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, network outages, or events beyond gamein's reasonable control.
• Technical errors, disconnections, or delays in game software or sportsbook data feeds that affect bet placement or settlement.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made in reliance on information displayed on the platform that contained errors due to third-party data provider failures.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit gamein's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws applicable to gamein's international gaming licence.

gamein collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference and is available at gamein.bet/privacy-policy. By registering a gamein account, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

The personal data collected by gamein — including your name, date of birth, CNIC details, residential address, contact information, and payment method details — is used for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and the delivery of the gamein service. gamein does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

gamein retains personal data for the period required by its international gaming licence obligations and applicable anti-money-laundering regulations, which typically requires retention for a minimum of five years following account closure. You have the right to request access to the personal data gamein holds about you by contacting the support team at the email address provided in the footer of this page.

gamein reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it materially affects your rights or obligations as a Member — gamein will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to your registered address and via a prominent notice on the platform. For minor amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not affect substantive rights), changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the gamein platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect.

gamein may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any material provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• gamein has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity associated with your account.
• You are found to be below the minimum age of 21 years.
• Continuation of your account would expose gamein to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon account termination for cause, gamein reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds in your account and to withhold Real Money Funds pending investigation. Where termination is at gamein's election and not caused by Member breach, any verified Real Money balance will be returned to you via your nominated withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.
